Yes, this is the service that interlibrary loan and Summit provide. If you are affiliated with the university, you can use these services free of charge. If you are a community/Oregon Card patron, you are not eligible for Summit, but you can use interlibrary loan for a $15 charge per request, whether or not we are able to find a lender.
