How do I pay or appeal a library fine?
Answer:
Fines and fees are managed by the UO Business Affairs office. If you are a UO student, staff, or faculty member you can pay online via QuickPay through your Duckweb account (duckweb.uoregon.edu). If you are a registered guest borrower (Oregon Card, Alumni, visiting Summit), you can pay by responding to the bill you receive in the mail.
You can also pay in person or over the phone by contacting Business Affairs: 541-346-3170, 720 E 13th Avenue, Eugene, OR, 97401.
